"I would like to share my positive feedback on my recent stay at the hotel. During my stay, the overall experience was very comfortable and pleasant. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Manoj, Mr. Salaman, and Mr. Arvind for their excellent support and hospitality. They were very courteous, helpful, and ensured that everything was well taken care of. The room cleanliness, service quality, and staff coordination were very good. Because of the team’s efforts, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you once again to Manoj, Salaman, and Arvind for their support. I look forward to staying again in the future."

"I travel frequently for work and usually stay at 4–5 star hotels. Due to the wedding season, my admin team booked me at Savoy, and I must say, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The suite was more like a well-designed service apartment, complete with a spacious living room with sofa seating, a work desk, dining area, kitchen equipped with a microwave and fridge, ample closet space, separate bathrooms and a large bedroom. It genuinely felt like home, which is rare during business travel. Although the entrance initially made me a little sceptical, the hospitality was truly impressive. The staff were warm and professional, the breakfast spread was excellent, and the in-room dining service was top-notch. However, since this was a work trip, I had multiple US calls post 8 PM and staying connected became a major challenge. The broadband and Wi-Fi in my room were not working properly, and despite the IT person trying to help, the signal strength remained extremely weak. I couldn’t take a single work call and had to resort to tethering from my phone. For business travellers, this is a critical issue and unfortunately, a big let-down. If the internet connectivity is fixed, this property is an excellent choice for long or multi-day stays. I hope this can be improved soon, as reliable Wi-Fi is a basic requirement for working guests."

"I recently visited this hotel and had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the security staff. I went to the Subway outlet inside the hotel premises to pick up a takeaway order. The first security guard clearly told me to park my car at the gate, place the order, and then move the car forward after collecting the food. I followed his instructions politely and parked at the gate. While I was placing the order, a second guard came to the Subway entrance and, in a very rude and arrogant manner, told me to move my car. I calmly asked him where I should park since I would take just one minute to collect the order. He simply said, “Move it ahead.” The hotel entrance area is extremely small — the hotel almost ends as soon as it begins, and the exit is barely 10 meters ahead. When I moved the car forward, a third guard immediately stopped me and said parking was not allowed there. I politely asked him where I was supposed to go, but he also spoke with attitude and kept repeating that it was hotel property, without offering any solution. I was with my family, which is the only reason I tolerated this behavior. Otherwise, this kind of treatment toward guests is completely unacceptable. If the hotel management cannot provide proper training to their security staff, then someday someone else will come and “train” them in a way no one would want. This situation could have easily escalated. I may visit again in the future, but I will not tolerate such behavior again. Based on this experience, I highly do NOT recommend this hotel, especially for families. The management urgently needs to train their security staff in coordination, communication, and basic guest etiquette."

"One of the good hotels in Noida. I stayed here for 4 nights. It was business trip. Every room is suits with proper setup. Nice stay. Hotel is on Main road, where you have alternate food options. Hotel food also nice. Good service provided by Salman, Ajay, Arvind during the stay. Food preparation was also good.."

"Everything was good — the location, comfort, and staff support were all satisfactory. However, cleanliness needs serious improvement. There were cockroaches in the room. The staff did offer to change the room, but I couldn’t do it due to my luggage and the challenge of traveling with my elderly parents. Hope they work on better pest control and overall hygiene."
